Psychotherapy

Each person is unique and experiences life’s challenges in his or her own way. Even the strongest among us can be overwhelmed by trauma or repeated losses and disappointments. The coping methods that worked for us in the past may no longer be enough. We know we’ve reached our limit when we start to feel depressed or anxious about everyday frustrations.
